Hill's Pet Nutrition Announcement
Dear Pet Owners,

Hill's Pet Nutrition is voluntarily recalling selected canned dog food due to potentially elevated levels of vitamin D. After another thorough investigation, only three affected production batches are affected and the rest remained unaffected.

“Derm Deference Canine 12.5oz, 10509 (Batch date code: 102020T05)”
“W/D Canine can 13 oz, 7017 (Batch date code: 102020T11)”
“I/D Canine Chicken & Veg stew 12.5oz, 3389 (Batch date code: 102020T04)”

Pet owners who has the above mentioned canned food please double check it’s batch date code. Contact the clinic immediately as needed.

We will be recalling back these three specific production batches. However, all other batches remained unaffected. All other products are NOT affected.

NEW DOG LICENSING RULES TO IMPROVE TRACEABILITY, DISCOURAGE PET ABANDONMENT AND REUNITE LOST DOGS & OWNERS TO TAKE EFFECT FROM 1 ARCH 2017
31 January 2017: In Nov 2016, the Agri-Food & Veterinary Authority of Singapore (AVA) announced plans to enhance the pet dog licensing regime. The objective is to (a) improve the traceability of pet dogs in Singapore, especially in the event of a disease outbreak such as rabies, (b) discourage pet abandonment, and (c) help reunite lost dogs with their owners. The relevant regulations have been amended today, and the new licensing regime will take effect from 1 March 2017. (click here for more details)

Last Registration Notice
With effect from 1st July 2016, the clinic's last client registration will be at 8.45pm from Mondays to Saturdays and 4.45pm on Sundays.
